7th Ramadan (Sun) - How to survive a 16 hour fast

Suhoor - Oats+raisins+bananas and milk, dates, almonds and half-boiled eggs.
Iftaar - Garlic bread, keema samosas, dates, kheer and orange juice and chai afterwards.
Dinner - Chicken korma and naan and rice.
