Ramadan 10 - Emir’s first fast

I’m truly happy today because Emir has managed to keep his fast for the first time. MashaAllah. He turned 7 just 3 days ago. May he grow to be a faithful, obedient and wise man. He had mentioned that he was hungry for about 5 times and at each time he had done some reflection on his fast by relating to how poor people feel when they do not have enough to eat. MashaAllah. He was struggling yet patient. 

Iftaar and dinner was at Madiha’s place. Roohafza, patties, cheese potato sandwich, beef keema samosas, chana was for iftaar followed with chai. Dinner of zeera chaval and chicken curry after terawih. Vanilla ice cream for desserts. It was a good day. Alhamdulillah
