Suhoor: oats in milk and honey and banana and raisins
Iftaar: Milk and dates
Dinner: Naan and bindi gosh/beef, fried rice with claypot chicken and mushrooms
I think I ate too much for dinner. Next time its either or.
Yes, I managed to keep all my nafl prayers and witr too for the pass few days! I am glad, alhamdulillah.
Took zohr at north campus mosque. I entered the mosque into the sisters' prayer area and met a familiar face. I saw her in the morning while walking to lab. The same person. She has a nice demenure about her, a friendly but shy smile wide-eyed. We took wudu together and said our prayers sharing a prayer mat. It was nice. Only the two of us we at the sisters' prayer area, it was 2pm, about an hour after adhan for the zohr prayers. We did not say anything accept for asking if one of us wanted to take wudu first.
Then it dawned on me that we indeed have met before. No wonder the familiar face. We met during a careers workshop and she is an engineering PhD student while I am from life sciences. Okay...I think she did remember me but it was just me who took half the day to recall a face! Oh uh..... old age settling in.
I made a mental note, if I saw her again I will be the first to start the conversation.
