Another books sold today, must keep the momentum up and better. How? Perhaps tomorrow we’ll find out. Leadership by example has always been a better concept, however this has to be explained to subordinates because some may think that if the boss can do it then I don’t have to do it. Which is detrimental to the servant leadership concept because it gives birth to a lazy breed of employees, unchallenged, mundane, not progressive and a burnout leader.
Today we had a guest for iftaar and dinner. She purchased the book via billplz and turned up on the dot for maghrib. Because of this I was mostly in the kitchen today, cooking chicken, zeera rice, ginger beef stir fry and preparing base for keema, shami kebab and mint.
For iftaar we had homemade beef burger, cholay, dahi bhada, pakora, fried banana, and mint lemonade.
For dinner it was zeera rice, curry chicken, stir fried beef followed by fresh fruit custard.
