Suhoor: ~overslept~
Iftaar: Hot chocolate, dates and curry puffs
Dinner: Lentil rice with potato chicken curry, cucumber plus ginger cake with banana custard.
He has not laid upon you in religion any hardship (Al-Hajj 22: 78).
Allah wishes to lighten the burden for you; for certainly man has been created weak! (An-Nisaa’ 4: 28).
Take suhoor as there is a blessing in it (Saheeh Bukhaari, Volume 3, Book 31, Number 146; Saheeh Muslim, Book 006, Number 2412).
The difference of our fasting and that of the people of the book is eating shortly before dawn (Saheeh Muslim, Book 006, Number 2413; ‘Fasting in Ramadaan’, p. 37).
