Suhoor - Almonds+Swiss Muesli+raisins+milk+dates+bananas+water. Husband had Almonds+buns+fruit jam+dates+chai+water
Iftaar -Dates and water for jaanu and myself dates and water, chocolate milk and a slice of cheese
Dinner - At Zahid restaurant with friends for a farewell dinner. Had chicken with okra curry and mushroom rice. Jaanu had naan with chicken madras.
Heartbeat. Very fast ones too! While resting on the sofa in the afternoon, I felt a tickling sensation in my tummy and then when I placed my palm on it I felt faint but very strong and fast heartbeats. It was racing. It was as if baby had turned its chest upwards againt my tummy and it's heartbeat could be felt just beneath it. Magical.
It was the same sensation i had during the first dating scan at the Royal antenatal clinic. Jaanu was there too, so I am quite sure the feeling was mutual when we both saw baby's heartbeat on the ultrasound scan screen. Magical.
Indeed God is great. What He gives He will care for and what He makes will return to Him in the end.
