Suhoor (2.50am) - Husband had egg fried rice and fish curry gravy and milk tea instead of Oats. Oats+raisins with milk and almonds and dates and a hard boiled egg.
Iftaar (9.03pm) - Pakoras (onions) and dates, baked sweet potato, sweet corn, orange juice and cucumber sticks.
Dinner (9.45pm) - Fish curry with egg fried rice and bake beans and fried beef keema.
Supper (12.15am) - Kiwi and apples.
Ramadan this year in the UK is tricky. We have about 5 - 6 hours of eating time between 9pm to 3am the next day. Time keeping is essential no doubt. Today we had dinner before terawih prayers and then fruits after that. This timing seems to be just right. Hope to stick to it. Just after maghrib we read the Quran and English translation before feasting on dinner.
